SHELF LIFE
All cookies come sealed in a cello bag. The shelf life is 2 to 3 months
when stored properly. Exposure to light may cause some colors to fade
after 4 - 6 weeks, but the cookie will remain very tasty for 2 - 3 months.
STORAGE
The cookie has a white chocolate coating which melts at about 90 degrees.
This includes being in the hot sun, the trunk of your car, and even
tightly held in your (98.6 degree) hot little hand. We recommend storage
in a cool, dry area, away from light.
HANDLING
The edible ink is water based and it will "run" if the image comes in
contact with moisture. They will, of course, break if dropped, and they
are cookies, so they will crumble a little if excessively handled.
SET-UP and COLOR PROCESS
Prices are 5R. There is a $35(v) set up fee. 4-color process is included
in the price and we will crop, resize and add text as long as the image
is reasonably ready to go.
IMAGE FORMATS
We are PC based and prefer the image in color; we accept most file formats
with good resolution. While we can come very close to a specific color,
we cannot guarantee a PMS color match.
PRODUCTION TIME
Production time is 10 days and we ship from Virginia. Rush orders are
available; inquire about charges. There may be additional shipping expense
during July & August.
SAMPLES
Spec samples and random samples are available. (You really have to see
and taste this cookie). There is no charge for the sample; you pay the
shipping.
