General Information
All orders will be acknowledged after we receive artwork: Orders will be processed and billed in accordance with information in the acknowledgement. We must be notified immediately of any discrepancies.
A layout proof will be faxed for each order.
The order will go into production only after we have a signed proof
faxed back to us.
Normal shipping schedule is 10 days from approved artwork.
We can usually expedite shipping to 5 days from approved artwork, depending
on our production schedule and time of year. There may be additional
charges.
Changes are handled as follows:
Quantity changes, if possible, $20 (V).
Artwork Changes after proof, $45 (V).
Cancellations are subject to all charges incurred to date.
Terms: Net 30 with approved credit, first order may require prepayment or deposit.
OVERRUNS / UNDERRUNS
All orders are rounded up to the nearest dozen. We usually add a few
extra cookies to the order without charge, but unless you request an
absolute number, under shipment may occur.
SAMPLES
Random samples and Spec samples are available at no charge - you pay
the shipping.
