Shipping and Delivery
Normal shipping schedule is 10 days from approved artwork. We can usually expedite shipping to 5 days from approved artwork, depending on our production schedule and time of year. There may be additional charges.
We ship all packages UPS unless requested otherwise.
All orders ship FOB Virginia.
We keep transit time to 3 days or less to insure the safe arrival of your order.
Orders shipped during warm months (generally May through Septmeber) or to warm climates are packaged with appropriate insulation and gel packs. Additional charges are $7.50 to $15.00 per box - depending on time of year and where they are going.
Approximate shipping costs are as follows:
Regular packaging (no gel packs): Each box weighs approximately 20 lbs.
Approximately 250 of item #32 small cookies per box
Approximately 175 of item #43 large cookies per box
Warm weather packaging with gel packs: Each box weighs approximately
22 lbs.
Approximately 150 - 175 of item #32 small cookies per box.
Approximately 150 - 125 of item #43 large cookies per box.
Drop shipment or split shipment is $3.50 (V) per box per location + normal packaging and shipping cost. Addresses must be typed or in Excel spreadsheet.
Damages/ claims must be reported to the carrier.
No COD shipments.
